When to go

First-timers should aim for June or September — full season, manageable crowds, sane prices. See Ibiza in June and Ibiza in September.

Where to stay

How long to stay

4 nights minimum. 7 nights is ideal.

What to book BEFORE you arrive

  • Airport taxi/transfer.
  • 2-3 club tickets (the ones you'd cry over missing).
  • 1 boat trip.
  • Top restaurants (Lío, Cipriani, Heart).

What to skip

  • Day-drinking before a 5am club night (you'll never make it).
  • More than 2 superclubs in one night (it sounds doable; it isn't).
  • VIP tables you can't afford — general admission is fine.
  • Eating dinner before 9pm at any decent restaurant.

Survival kit

Cash for taxis, portable charger, sunscreen, comfortable trainers, a light jacket for nights.
