By accessing or using IbizaPlanner you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

1. What we provide

IbizaPlanner is an editorial guide and trip-planning tool for the island of Ibiza. We aggregate information about events, venues, brands and accommodation, and let you save and share itineraries. We do not sell tickets, hotel rooms or experiences directly — those are provided by third parties we link to.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, copy or re-publish our content without written permission.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service or interfere with other users.
• Don't use the site for anything illegal.

4. Third-party bookings

When you click through to a ticket vendor, hotel or experience partner, your transaction is with that third party under their own terms. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for cancellations, refunds, line-up changes or any loss arising from them. Always check the partner's terms before paying.

5. Content accuracy

We work hard to keep listings current, but line-ups, prices and venues change frequently. We do not guarantee that information on the site is complete or up-to-date. Verify critical details (dates, ages, dress code) with the venue or promoter before travelling.

6. Intellectual property

All site design, written guides, editorial scores and curated lists are the property of IbizaPlanner. Event names, brand names and artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are used for editorial reference.

7. Liability

IbizaPlanner is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
