This page is maintained by IbizaPlanner to explain what information we collect when you use this site and how we handle it. By using IbizaPlanner you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — if you create an account, we store your email address and any optional profile information you provide.
- Planner data — the trips, dates, events and venues you save to your itinerary.
- Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and anonymous analytics events.
- Affiliate click data — when you click a ticket or hotel link, we record the click for attribution. We do not receive your payment details.
2. How we use it
- To run the planner, save your trips, and let you share them.
- To improve the site, measure which content is useful, and fix bugs.
- To attribute commissions from our affiliate partners (see our affiliate disclosure).
- To send transactional emails related to your account (password resets, trip invites).
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, analytics, email delivery, affiliate networks). These providers are bound by contract to use it only for that purpose.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies (to keep you signed in and remember your preferences) and analytics cookies (to understand traffic in aggregate). You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working if you do.
5. Your rights
If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion and portability of your personal data. To exercise them, email privacy@ibizaplanner.com.
6. Data retention
We keep account and planner data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we need to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
