Getting there

Cala Bassa is reached by road from San Antonio in about 20 minutes, or by the seasonal boat service across the bay from San Antonio itself — the boat is usually the more pleasant option and avoids the car park, which fills early in August.

Who it suits

Families, couples and anyone who wants a beach day with a proper kitchen behind it. If you want music and a crowd, San Antonio's O Beach is fifteen minutes away and a completely different proposition.
